Big Ideas,
Real Impact.

Learn About Our Programs:

At SB Wellness Foundation, we believe mental health care should be accessible, culturally responsive, and rooted in community. Through prevention-focused education, healing spaces, mentorship, and direct support, we reduce stigma, build emotional resilience, and empower individuals across the lifespan, especially within underserved and historically marginalized communities. Our work bridges wellness, youth development, and equity to create lasting personal and collective impact, and we welcome partners who share our commitment to building healthier, more resilient communities.

Leaders of Tomorrow - Youth Mentorship Program

Leaders of Tomorrow prepares BIPOC students to lead with confidence, clarity, and emotional intelligence. The program combines career development with mental fitness education and clinician-led conversations that normalize mental health. Because strong leaders aren’t just skilled … they’re supported. Our program supports children ages 5+.

Healing Hearts:

Mental Health Scholarship Program

The Healing Hearts Scholarship Program removes financial barriers to mental health care for BIPOC youth and adults who need it most. By providing extended access to therapy, coaching, or psychiatric support, the program prioritizes consistency, stability, and long-term healing. Because access to care shouldn’t determine who gets to heal.

Black Men Feel (Community Mental Wellness Program)

Black Men Feel creates brave, affirming spaces where Black men can show up fully, emotionally, mentally, and authentically. Through powerful conversations, workshops, and culturally grounded support, the program centers brotherhood, vulnerability, and healing as strengths. This is where stigma gets challenged and collective resilience is built.

The Mind-Body Project

The Mind + Body Project blends science and lived experience to address chronic stress and emotional regulation at the root. Delivered in workplaces, schools, and communities, the program helps participants better understand their nervous systems while building practical tools for resilience and well-being. Some programs teach skills—this one shifts how you understand the human brain.

SheTribe by SBF

SheTribe by SBF is a private wellness collective created exclusively for Black women seeking intentional connection, healing, and soft living. Rooted in the mission of the SB Wellness Foundation, SheTribe offers a curated space where women can show up fully, be supported deeply, and prioritize their well-being without compromise.

Through a blend of wellness experiences, intimate gatherings, and restorative spaces, members are invited into a community that nurtures both personal growth and collective healing. From yoga and nature walks to movie nights and meaningful conversations, SheTribe is more than a group, it’s a lifestyle, a safe space, and a sisterhood.

Culture + Clarity

(Digital Series)

(Coming soon)

Culture + Clarity is a dynamic digital series exploring how music, film, and fashion shape mental health within Black culture. Created in collaboration with The HBUC, the series brings together creatives and mental health professionals for honest, culturally rooted dialogue. Each episode invites viewers to rethink healing through the lens of culture and identity.

What sets SB Wellness Foundation apart is our ability to blend clinical expertise with cultural understanding and real-world community engagement. Our programs go beyond awareness by offering tangible pathways to healing, pairing education, prevention, and access to care with spaces that honor lived experience, identity, and connection. We don’t just meet people where they are; we walk alongside them, creating sustainable, community-driven solutions that make mental wellness both approachable and impactful.
